About the role

  • Provide holistic advice to our industrial and commercial clients
  • Analyze existing insurance policies and identify optimization opportunities
  • Negotiate with insurers, service providers and expert assessors on behalf of our clients
  • Prepare and process tender documents and assist with contract drafting and contract management
  • Support claims management
  • Maintain and document relevant customer and contract data in our CRM system

Requirements

  • Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or insurance clerk, a relevant university degree, or an equivalent insurance-related qualification
  • Professional experience in insurance inside sales and in advising industrial and commercial clients
  • Structured and meticulous working style, with a strong service and customer focus
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
