About the role

  • Provide comprehensive advice to our private customers on motor insurance, including classic and exotic vehicles
  • Analyze existing motor insurance policies and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Coordinate and negotiate with insurers and service providers in the best interest of our customers
  • Prepare and process quotations and support contract drafting and contract management
  • Assist our customers with claims management
  • Maintain and document relevant customer and policy data in our CRM system

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), Insurance Clerk, a relevant university degree, or a comparable insurance qualification
  • Professional experience in the insurance back office/inside sales and ideally experience advising private customers
  • Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance, preferably including experience with classic and exotic vehicles
  • Structured and careful working style with a strong service and customer focus
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
