About the role
- Manage the individual motor vehicle insurance needs of our clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
- Identify and recommend appropriate motor vehicle insurance solutions
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and loss adjusters/experts
- Handle tenders/RFPs, collections, claims processing, policy documentation and data maintenance
- Support the field sales team in business development and assist with the preparation and follow-up of annual review meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree or an equivalent qualification
- Knowledge and experience in motor vehicle insurance
- Ideally, experience with large fleet insurance
- Strong customer-service orientation and enjoyment of close client relationships
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and fitting in with our family-like company culture
