About the role
- Manage the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identify the appropriate insurance solution for each industry
- Create added value through risk assessments and tailored solutions
- Negotiate with service providers, insurers, and independent experts
- Handle tenders, collections, claims processing, contract drafting, and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk or a relevant university degree or equivalent
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering high customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with a team-oriented "we" culture and a close-knit, family-like working environment
