About the role

  • Manage the individual property insurance needs of our clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
  • Act as the first point of contact in the internal office (inside sales)
  • Handle all contract matters and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication
  • Identify and provide the appropriate property insurance solution for each industry
  • Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and experts/adjusters
  • Risk analysis, tenders (RFPs), billing and collections, claims handling, contract drafting and data maintenance are part of your daily responsibilities
  • Support our field-based customer advisors (outside sales)

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d) or a relevant university degree or equivalent
  • Experience in property insurance, preferably in the industrial segment
  • Interest in or knowledge of technical insurance as well as cyber or transport insurance
  • A passion for customer care and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
