About the role
- Take care of the individual insurance needs of our clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
- Identify the appropriate insurance solution for each industry
- Negotiate with service providers, insurers and expert assessors in the interest of our clients
- Tenders, collections, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance are part of your daily responsibilities
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
- A passion for customer service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, family-like work environment and embrace a "we" mentality
