About the role
- Manage customers' motor vehicle insurance needs
- Identify and recommend appropriate motor vehicle insurance solutions
- Conduct negotiations in the best interest of clients
- Handle tenders, collections, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance
- Support field sales in acquisition activities
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a related university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Knowledge and experience in motor vehicle insurance
- Ideally, experience with large fleet insurance
- Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to client proximity
- Confident and professional demeanor
