About the role
- Handle the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identify and implement the appropriate insurance solutions for each sector
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers, and assessors/experts
- Tendering, collections, claims handling, contract preparation, and data maintenance are part of your daily responsibilities
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree or equivalent
- A passion for customer service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, family-like working environment
