About the role
- Handling the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identifying the appropriate insurance solution for each industry
- Negotiating on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and experts
- Tenders, debt collection, claims processing, contract drafting and data maintenance are part of your daily tasks
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering high customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with a team-oriented "we" mentality and our family-like working environment
