About the role
- Assess the individual insurance needs of clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
- Identify suitable insurance solutions for each industry
- Negotiate on clients' behalf with service providers, insurers and experts
- Manage tenders, collections, claims handling, contract drafting and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in insurance and financial services, a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- A passion for customer service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with a "we" mentality and working in our family-like, team-oriented environment
