About the role
- Manage the insurance needs of our clients in the municipal/public sector
- Work with the team to find the right insurance solution for each industry
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and independent experts
- Tendering, debt collection (receivables management), claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance are part of your daily responsibilities
- Build a thorough understanding of our clients' needs
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualification
- Passion for customer service and maintaining close client relationships
- Ideally, very good Excel skills
- Ideally, knowledge of non-life (property & casualty) insurance and public procurement law
- Comfortable with a team-first mentality and our family-oriented working environment
