- Manage the individual insurance needs of our clients domestically and internationally
- Identify suitable insurance solutions both internationally and nationally
- Conduct negotiations in the best interest of our clients
- Manage communications with clients and co-brokers
- Handle tenders, collections, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk or a related university degree
- Very good command of English
- Ideally, professional experience in international insurance
- A passion for customer service and close client relationships
- Comfort with a strong team spirit and our family-like working environment
