About the role

  • Manage the individual motor vehicle insurance needs of our commercial and industrial clients
  • Identify and propose appropriate motor vehicle insurance solutions
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients with service providers, insurers and independent experts/assessors
  • Handle tenders, debt collection, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance
  • Support the field sales team in client acquisition and prepare and follow up annual review meetings

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk, a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in motor vehicle insurance
  • Ideally, experience with large fleet insurance
  • Enjoy providing customer service and building close client relationships
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable in a team-oriented, family-like work environment
