About the role
- Manage the individual motor vehicle insurance needs of our commercial and industrial clients
- Identify and propose appropriate motor vehicle insurance solutions
- Negotiate on behalf of clients with service providers, insurers and independent experts/assessors
- Handle tenders, debt collection, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance
- Support the field sales team in client acquisition and prepare and follow up annual review meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk, a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in motor vehicle insurance
- Ideally, experience with large fleet insurance
- Enjoy providing customer service and building close client relationships
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable in a team-oriented, family-like work environment
