About the role
- Serve the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identify and provide suitable insurance solutions for each sector
- Negotiate with service providers, insurers and expert assessors on behalf of clients
- Manage tenders, collections, claims processing, contract drafting and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (or equivalent university degree or comparable qualification)
- Genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, family-like work environment and embrace a collaborative “we” mentality
