About the role
- Assess the individual insurance needs of our clients in the healthcare sector
- Provide comprehensive advice to existing clients on insurance-related matters
- Develop tailored insurance solutions as part of a team
- Present specialized products
- Support the process from quotation to contract conclusion
- Manage risk and contract administration
- Negotiate with insurers, service providers and experts/appraisers
- Handle tenders, collections, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk, a relevant university degree, or further insurance qualifications (e.g., Versicherungsfachwirt / Certified Insurance Specialist)
- At least two years of professional experience in the insurance sector
- Experience in the healthcare and social services field or willingness to be trained
- A passion for customer support and close client relationships
- Comfortable working in a family-like/close-knit team environment
