About the role

  • Assess the individual insurance needs of our clients in the healthcare sector
  • Provide comprehensive advice to existing clients on insurance-related matters
  • Develop tailored insurance solutions as part of a team
  • Present specialized products
  • Support the process from quotation to contract conclusion
  • Manage risk and contract administration
  • Negotiate with insurers, service providers and experts/appraisers
  • Handle tenders, collections, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance

Requirements

  • Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk, a relevant university degree, or further insurance qualifications (e.g., Versicherungsfachwirt / Certified Insurance Specialist)
  • At least two years of professional experience in the insurance sector
  • Experience in the healthcare and social services field or willingness to be trained
  • A passion for customer support and close client relationships
  • Comfortable working in a family-like/close-knit team environment
