About the role
- Manage individual insurance needs of our clients
- Identify suitable insurance solutions for every industry
- Negotiate with service providers, insurers and experts
- Conduct tenders, collections, claims handling, contract drafting and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d) or a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification
- Enjoy customer service and building close client relationships and are committed to delivering customer satisfaction
- Feel comfortable with a strong team spirit and our family-oriented work environment
