About the role
- Manage and address the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identify and provide appropriate insurance solutions for each industry
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and experts
- Carry out tasks such as tendering, premium collection, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance
- Build strong client relationships across our 20 branch locations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in customer servicing and a strong customer focus
- A genuine commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, family-like working environment
