About the role
- Manage the individual property insurance needs of our clients from the industry and commercial sectors
- Serve as the primary point of contact in the internal office
- Handle all contractual matters
- Maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication
- Identify the appropriate property insurance solution for each sector
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and experts
- Conduct risk analysis, tenders, collections, claims handling, contract drafting and data maintenance
- Support our field-based account managers in preparing for and following up on annual meetings
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Merchant (m/f/d) or a comparable university degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in property insurance, preferably in the industrial segment
- Interest in or knowledge of technical insurance as well as cyber or transport insurance
- A passion for customer care and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and feel comfortable in our family-style workplace
