About the role
- Assess the individual motor insurance needs of our customers in the industrial and commercial sector
- Identify suitable motor insurance solutions
- Conduct negotiations in the best interest of our customers
- Handle tenders, collections, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance
- Support field sales in acquisition activities
- Contribute professional expertise to the development and success of the company
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable university degree
- Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance
- Ideally experience with large fleets
- A passion for customer service and close customer contact
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working with a strong team "we" mindset
