About the role
- Manage the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identify appropriate insurance solutions for each industry
- Conduct negotiations with service providers, insurers and claims adjusters
- Handle tenders/RFPs, collections, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or an equivalent university degree or comparable qualification
- A passion for customer service and strong client focus
- Comfortable with a strong team spirit and a family-like working environment
