About the role
- Responsibility for the further development and management of our motor insurance business
- Coordinate and support the team on complex and demanding cases
- Manage tenders, policy and claims administration, debt collection and data maintenance
- Maintain relationships with insurers and service providers
- Drive the strategic development of the business line
- Analyze portfolios, processes and market trends
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification
- Many years of professional experience in motor fleet business
- Leadership or management experience
- A strong commitment to client service and building close customer relationships
- Comfortable with and committed to a strong team-oriented "we" culture
