About the role
- Assess the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Determine suitable insurance solutions for each industry
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and experts
- Manage tendering, collections, claims handling, policy preparation and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in insurance and financial services or a relevant university degree, or equivalent
- Genuine passion for customer service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with a team-oriented ('we') culture and our family-like working environment
