About the role
- Assess the individual motor vehicle insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identify and propose appropriate motor vehicle insurance solutions
- Negotiate with service providers, insurers and independent experts/assessors
- Handle tenders, collections, claims handling, policy documentation and data maintenance
- Support field sales in client acquisition and in the preparation and follow-up of annual review meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Practical knowledge of motor vehicle (auto) insurance
- Ideally, experience with large fleet insurance portfolios
- Strong customer-service orientation and enjoyment of close client relationships
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, family-like working environment
