About the role
- Manage the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identify suitable insurance solutions for each industry
- Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients with service providers, insurers, and expert assessors
- Handle tenders, collections, claims processing, contract preparation, and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, family-like work environment and embrace our "we" mentality
