About the role
- Manage the individual insurance needs of clients in the area of pension and retirement provision
- Serve as a point of contact for occupational and private pension/retirement provision topics for our client base
- Provide account management for our corporate and private clients
- Ensure thorough, as-far-as-possible case-closing handling of transactions and requests
- Work closely with the field sales team and support the preparation and follow-up of annual meetings
- Support the field sales team with quote preparation and tenders, and assist in acquiring new clients
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services specialist or a relevant university degree or equivalent
- Alternatively: career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
- A passion for customer service and building close client relationships
- Comfortable with a strong team spirit (‘we’ mentality) and our family-like working environment
