About the role
- Provide customer-specific insurance solutions for the healthcare sector
- Negotiate with service providers and insurers
- Manage tenders (RFPs), debt collection, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance
- Support the field sales team with acquisition activities
- Contribute subject-matter expertise to company development
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d) or a relevant university degree or comparable qualification
- Experience in the healthcare sector
- Enjoy providing customer support and building close client relationships
- Committed to delivering high customer satisfaction
