About the role
- Identify the appropriate insurance solution for each industry
- Continuously refine and develop these solutions
- Take on responsibility
- Negotiate with service providers, insurers and independent experts/assessors
- Tasks such as handling tenders, debt collection, claims processing, contract drafting and data maintenance
Requirements
- Recently completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a related university degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Recently completed training in a related field with an interest in a career in the insurance industry
- Bring some professional experience and now want to advance your career within a professional team
- Passionate about customer service and building close client relationships; committed to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with a strong team spirit and a family-like working environment
