About the role
- Manage the individual motor vehicle insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Identify and implement suitable motor vehicle insurance solutions for each industry
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and independent experts/adjusters
- Handling tenders, collections, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance are daily responsibilities
- Support the field team with acquisition activities and in the preparation and follow-up of annual review meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (or a comparable university degree or equivalent qualification)
- Practical knowledge of motor vehicle insurance, ideally with experience in large fleet accounts
- A passion for client service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with a team-oriented “we” culture and our familiar, family-like working environment
