About the role
- Assessing the individual insurance needs of our clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
- Identifying suitable insurance solutions for every industry
- Negotiating on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and experts
- Managing tenders, collections, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a related university degree or equivalent
- A passion for client support and close customer relationships, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, family-like working environment and share our "we" mentality
