About the role

  • Manage the individual motor insurance needs of our clients
  • Identify and provide the appropriate motor insurance solutions for each industry
  • Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and adjusters/experts
  • Tendering, debt collection, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance are part of your daily responsibilities
  • Support the field sales team in acquisition and in the preparation and follow-up of annual meetings

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a relevant university degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience in motor insurance
  • Ideally, experience with large fleet accounts
  • Passionate about customer service and building close client relationships
  • Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a family-like working environment
