About the role
- Manage the individual motor insurance needs of our clients
- Identify and provide the appropriate motor insurance solutions for each industry
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and adjusters/experts
- Tendering, debt collection, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance are part of your daily responsibilities
- Support the field sales team in acquisition and in the preparation and follow-up of annual meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a relevant university degree or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience in motor insurance
- Ideally, experience with large fleet accounts
- Passionate about customer service and building close client relationships
- Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working in a family-like working environment
