About the role
- Manage the individual insurance needs of our clients at home and abroad
- Identify appropriate international and national insurance solutions for every industry
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and experts
- Communicate with clients and co-brokers domestically and internationally
- Handle tenders, collections, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a comparable university degree or equivalent
- Very good English skills
- Ideally professional experience in the international insurance sector
- Enjoy client advisory work and building close customer relationships
- Commit to delivering excellent customer satisfaction
- Feel comfortable with a “we” mindset and our family-style working environment
