About the role
- Manage the individual insurance needs of our existing and new clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
- Identify appropriate insurance solutions for every industry
- Conduct proposal presentations, handle claims processes, and support annual review meetings
- Negotiate with service providers, insurers, and experts on behalf of our clients
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen), a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualification
- A passion for customer service and building close client relationships
- A strong commitment to delivering customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working with a strong team spirit in our family-like work environment
