About the role
- Take the individual insurance needs of our customers from the residential property and real estate sector seriously
- Serve as the first point of contact in the internal service team
- Handle all contract-related matters and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with the team to identify appropriate insurance solutions for each property
- Negotiate on behalf of our customers with service providers, insurers and experts
- Perform risk analyses, prepare tenders, manage collections, handle claims, draft contracts and maintain data
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree or equivalent
- Experience in the commercial insurance environment, preferably in the real estate sector
- A desire to focus on residential property and actively contribute to its development
- A passion for customer service and close customer relationships, with a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented, family-like work environment and embracing a strong “we” spirit
