About the role
- Managing the individual property insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Serve as the primary contact in the internal office and handle all contractual matters
- Maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication
- Identify appropriate property insurance solutions together with the team
- Conduct negotiations with service providers, insurers and assessors on behalf of our clients
- Perform risk analyses, tenders, collections (Inkasso), claims handling and contract drafting
- Maintain data records and support field customer advisors
- Contribute professional expertise to the company’s success
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree or equivalent
- Experience in property insurance, preferably in the industrial segment
- Interest in or knowledge of technical insurance as well as cyber and transport insurance
- Passion for customer service and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Comfortable with a strong sense of 'we' (team spirit) and our family-like working environment
