About the role
- Manage the individual insurance needs of our clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
- Independently identify and implement the appropriate insurance solutions for each industry
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and experts/adjusters
- Client servicing, existing-client portfolio development, proposal presentations, claims handling and the associated data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification
- A passion for client service and a strong customer focus; committed to delivering customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working with a team-oriented ('WE') spirit and in our family-like working environment
