About the role
- Manage the individual insurance needs of clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
- Identify and develop suitable insurance solutions for each industry
- Conduct negotiations with service providers, insurers and experts/adjusters
- Handle tenders, collections, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or an equivalent university degree
- A passion for customer service and building close client relationships
- Comfortable with a "we" mentality and working in a family-oriented team
