About the role
- Assess the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients.
- Identify the appropriate insurance solution for each industry.
- Negotiate with service providers, insurers and independent experts/adjusters.
- Handle tenders, billing and collections, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree or an equivalent qualification
- A passion for customer service and building strong client relationships
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction
- Comfortable working with a collaborative "we" mentality and in our family-like working environment
