About the role
- Cover the motor vehicle insurance needs of our clients from the commercial and industrial sectors
- Identify tailored motor vehicle insurance solutions
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and claims experts
- Handle tenders, collections, claims processing, contract preparation and data maintenance
- Support the field sales team in acquisition activities
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a relevant university degree or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience in motor vehicle insurance
- Ideally, experience with large vehicle fleets
- Strong customer-service orientation and close customer relationship skills
