About the role
- You handle the individual insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
- Find the appropriate insurance solution for each industry
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and surveyors/experts
- Tendering, debt collection, claims handling, contract preparation and data maintenance are part of the role
- Get to know clients thoroughly
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree or equivalent
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering high customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, family-like working environment and embrace a strong "we" mentality
