About the role
- Manage the individual insurance needs of our clients in the area of pension and retirement provision
- Serve as the point of contact for occupational and private pension/retirement planning matters for our client base
- Handle ongoing account management for our corporate and private clients
- Take responsibility for the complete, ideally case-closing, processing of cases
- Work closely with our internal service team and independently conduct annual review meetings
- Provide advice and proposals regarding corporate benefits concepts
- Expand your network through targeted sales activities and take responsibility for new client acquisition
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualifications
- Alternatively, career changers with relevant expertise are welcome
- A passion for customer service and building close client relationships
