About the role
- Support the Social Media Managers in interacting with our community across various social media platforms
- Respond to comments and answer questions
- Engage in active dialogue with customers and followers
- Monitor trends within the book community and contribute to conversations
- Moderate communities and develop your own formats (polls, groups, challenges)
- Involve users in product development
Requirements
- Passion for books, social media, and engaging with our community
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Interest in social media trends and developments
- Ability to identify topics relevant to our brands
- Active presence on major social media platforms
- Strong sense for the vibe and tone of each channel
- Basic Canva skills are a plus
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Enjoy interacting with people and engage in a respectful, empathetic manner
