About the role

  • Support the Social Media Manager in interacting with the community across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Respond to comments, answer questions, and actively engage in dialogue with customers and followers
  • Monitor topics within the book community and contribute to content planning
  • Moderate the community across different platforms and create original formats (polls, groups, challenges, etc.)

Requirements

  • Passion for books, social media, and engaging with our community
  • Communication in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Interest in trends and developments in social media
  • Ability to identify topics relevant to our brands
  • Active use of common social media platforms
  • Good sense for the vibe and tone appropriate to each channel
  • Basic Canva skills are a plus
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style
  • Enjoy interacting with people and act respectfully and with empathy
  • Affinity for books, especially in the genres of Fantasy, Romance, or Dark Romance
