About the role
- Support the Social Media Manager in interacting with the community across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Respond to comments, answer questions, and actively engage in dialogue with customers and followers
- Monitor topics within the book community and contribute to content planning
- Moderate the community across different platforms and create original formats (polls, groups, challenges, etc.)
Requirements
- Passion for books, social media, and engaging with our community
- Communication in German and English, both spoken and written
- Interest in trends and developments in social media
- Ability to identify topics relevant to our brands
- Active use of common social media platforms
- Good sense for the vibe and tone appropriate to each channel
- Basic Canva skills are a plus
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Enjoy interacting with people and act respectfully and with empathy
- Affinity for books, especially in the genres of Fantasy, Romance, or Dark Romance
