  • Use simple outreach strategies to generate meetings and reach prospects

Requirements

  • Experience in new customer acquisition — ideally with a proven track record in B2B sales
  • Demonstrable success in pre-qualifying and approaching potential customers
  • Strong communication skills — persuasive, confident, and negotiation-capable
  • Motivation & target orientation — you are driven to achieve significant results and do not get easily discouraged
  • Independent and structured working style — able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Competitive mindset — you enjoy benchmarking yourself, continuously improving your performance, and embracing new challenges
  • Resilience & mental toughness — rejection does not deter you but motivates you; you have thick skin and remain focused and positive in demanding situations
  • Team player — although you work independently, you are a valuable member of the sales team
  • Confident use of CRM systems and common office tools is an advantage
