About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and analyse QoS KPIs, including packet loss, latency, jitter, throughput and availability
  • Investigate service degradation and perform first-level technical troubleshooting
  • Manage customer incidents from report to resolution within SLA
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to resolve technical issues
  • Provide customers with clear, professional updates throughout incidents
  • Prepare incident reports, QoS reports and technical documentation
  • Identify recurring issues and feed them into service improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in QoS, Service Assurance, Telecom Technical Support, Network Operations or similar
  • Solid knowledge of QoS KPIs, TCP/IP networking, DNS and root-cause analysis
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment
