Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • 4+ years in QoS, network supervision, or operations.
  • Proven experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Proficient written and spoken English for global client interaction.
  • Immediate contributor with no other professional or academic commitments.
  • Analytical, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
