About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help ensure that employees have a smooth and positive experience from onboarding through their day-to-day journey with Azurreo.
  • Preparing employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and HR documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files.
  • Monitoring contract renewals and probation periods.
  • Tracking employee leave balances and HR-related data.
  • Supporting monthly payroll preparation and validation.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for employee questions and requests.
  • Following up on HR-related inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
  • Coordinating onboarding activities for new team members.
  • Supporting initiatives that improve employee engagement and experience.
  • Helping improve and streamline HR processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in HR, administration, operations, coordination, customer support, office management, or similar roles.
  • Professional working proficiency in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • French language skills (Nice to Have).
  • Previous HR or People Operations experience (Nice to Have).
  • Experience working in multicultural or international environments (Nice to Have).
