About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help ensure that employees have a smooth and positive experience from onboarding through their day-to-day journey with Azurreo.
- Preparing employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and HR documentation.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Monitoring contract renewals and probation periods.
- Tracking employee leave balances and HR-related data.
- Supporting monthly payroll preparation and validation.
- Acting as a first point of contact for employee questions and requests.
- Following up on HR-related inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinating onboarding activities for new team members.
- Supporting initiatives that improve employee engagement and experience.
- Helping improve and streamline HR processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of professional experience in HR, administration, operations, coordination, customer support, office management, or similar roles.
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- French language skills (Nice to Have).
- Previous HR or People Operations experience (Nice to Have).
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments (Nice to Have).
