About the role
- Provide Tier 1 assistance via email, chat, and phone for network, software, and server-related issues.
- Troubleshoot DNS, SSL, FTP, and other network protocols.
- Log, track, and manage support tickets in internal systems; escalate unresolved issues.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with international clients during issue resolution.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and documentation; identify recurring problems and suggest practical improvements.
- Support internal projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are followed and tracked.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or telecom/IT infrastructure roles.
- Strong technical understanding — familiarity with networking concepts, software, and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Proficient in CRM systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Based in Lebanon with a reliable remote work setup.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience with telecom systems (VoIP, 5G, SD-WAN) (preferred).
