About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute IDN Account Business Plans focused on growth, market access, and integration of Azurity’s Gastroenterology portfolio
- Develop and sustain customer stakeholder maps aligning internal and external teams with current strategy and future growth opportunities
- Analyze IDN performance data, utilization trends, and barriers to develop targeted pull-through strategies
- Develop pathways from decision makers, implementation leaders, and daily users to support seamless GI offering launches
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key IDN stakeholders
- Use value proposition materials to align stakeholders around unmet needs and co-create value
- Use implementation resources to support goal alignment, EMR development, and training plans
- Collaborate with partner pharmacy on performance tracking, workflow offerings, and patient support
- Facilitate clinical pull-through by partnering with Field Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs
- Serve as the internal voice of the IDN customer, providing market intelligence for strategy and launch planning
- Work cross-functionally with Market Access/Strategic Accounts, Commercial Sales, Medical Affairs, and Marketing
- Conduct strategic reviews with senior leadership
- Act as subject matter expert on IDN market dynamics in Gastroenterology
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- 2+ years engaging in D-suite leadership within the Super Group and Health System space
- Proven experience managing and selling a product portfolio with direct Gastroenterology experience
- Demonstrated success negotiating and co-creating strategies in the IDN/Health System segment
- Strong understanding of customer goal alignment, workflow and training-plan development, and performance tracking
- Ability to travel 50% within the assigned geography
- Ability to sit for long periods
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear frequently
- Ability to occasionally climb stairs and/or ride elevators
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to manipulate a keyboard and operate a telephone and hand-held devices
