• Account Management - Farming (60%):
• Relationship Ownership: Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, becoming their trusted technology advisor
• Account Growth: Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts (additional projects, new departments, enhanced services)
• Client Success: Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions with current clients
• Issue Resolution: Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or challenges

• Lead Conversion: Transform qualified leads and prospects into signed contracts
• Discovery & Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand client pain points and requirements
• Solution Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations that connect technical solutions to business outcomes
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to create accurate project scopes and competitive proposals
• Contract Negotiation: Navigate pricing discussions, terms, and project timelines to successful closure

Account Manager / Account Executive

Data Scientist

• Design, train, and validate supervised and unsupervised models (e.g., anomaly detection, classification, forecasting).
• Architect and implement deep learning solutions (CNNs, Transformers) with PyTorch.
• Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and build LLM-driven applications.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate with vector databases.
• Build robust pipelines to deploy models at scale (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Ingest, clean and transform large datasets using libraries like pandas, NumPy, and Spark.
• Automate training and serving workflows with Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
• Monitor model performance in production; iterate on drift detection and retraining strategies.
• Implement LLMOps practices for automated testing, evaluation, and monitoring of LLMs.
• Write production-grade Python code following SOLID principles, unit tests and code reviews.
• Collaborate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies; track work in JIRA.
• Document architecture and workflows using PlantUML or comparable tools.
• Communicate analysis, design and results clearly in English.
• Partner with DevOps, data engineering and product teams to align on requirements and SLAs.
• Design and prototype novel ML/DL models and productionize them end-to-end, integrating solutions into data pipelines and services.

Data Scientist, Applied AI

Full-stack Engineer

• Research, design, and build production-grade Generative AI and intelligent automation solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Lead full-cycle development: data preparation, model fine-tuning, evaluation, optimization, containerization, and secure cloud deployment (Azure/AWS).
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for automated testing, monitoring, and rollback.
• Apply Responsible AI practices and compliance standards (e.g., NIST RMF, FedRAMP) throughout solution delivery.
• Translate business and mission requirements into technical designs; prototype and iterate quickly with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and domain experts across SaaS, cloud, and big data environments to translate research into production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to Azumo’s innovation roadmap by identifying research topics, publishing insights, and advancing the AI software development services portfolio.
