About the role

  • Will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients, focusing on increasing revenue, strengthening commercial partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities in the cargo segment;
  • Will conduct sales visits, negotiations, present logistics solutions, and monitor performance;
  • Will support sales strategies, market analysis and the preparation of commercial proposals aligned with Azul Cargo’s objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in logistics, transportation, or air cargo;
  • Ability to lead negotiations and manage a client portfolio;
  • Market analysis skills and ability to identify opportunities;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized, proactive and results-oriented;
  • Availability to work on-site at VCP – Campinas/SP;
  • Experience in air cargo or the aviation sector is a plus;
  • Knowledge of CRM tools;
  • Intermediate to advanced English;
  • Existing client portfolio in the logistics segment.
